The Sunshine House Early Learning Academy is seeking a Childcare Assistant Director for its NC 4-star preschool in Huntersville. No nights or weekends, and a consistent work schedule. We are hiring immediately and would love to meet you!
Pay range: $17-$19 per hour, based on experience, education, and credentials.

Daycare Assistant Director Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management of day-to-day activities of our childcare center and ensure that local, state, and federal childcare requirements are met.
- Oversee the implementation of our curriculum, including developmentally appropriate play and classroom environments.
- Provide informative tours to families looking into suitable childcare options.
- Perform administrative duties, enrollment, and tours; maintain staff and child files, state licensing maintenance, and regulation/policy compliance.
- Assist in the classroom as needed.
Requirements
- EDU119 or Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or related field required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in licensed childcare management required
