Salary range: $48,000-$51,000 per year, based on relevant experience, education and credentials.
Quarterly bonus potential & FREE childcare.

Childcare Director Responsibilities:

• Manage operations of childcare school, including administrative, operational, financial, and logistical functions.
• Hire, engage, and develop a supportive team of caregivers and educators.
• Partner with families to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, and the community.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or related field.
• Previous management experience at a licensed childcare center.
• Extensive knowledge of childcare management and early education.
