As a Daycare Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the early educational experiences of children aged 6 months to 5 years. Your days will be filled with engaging activities designed to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development. You will have the opportunity to design fun and educational lesson plans that encourage creativity and critical thinking. Collaboration with fellow educators and staff is essential, as you will work together to create a positive atmosphere that fosters learning through play. You will also build strong relationships with families, providing updates on children's progress and encouraging their involvement in classroom activities. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans.
  • Create a safe and welcoming environment for all children.
  • Observe and assess children's developmental progress.

  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding child development.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the learning experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
  • Experience working with young children in a daycare or preschool setting.
  • Strong understanding of child development principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
  • Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for teaching.
