Job Description/ Responsibilities:
Job summary:
- We are seeking a highly skilled DC Operations Analyst with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Windows and VMware administration.
- This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
- The position operates during day shifts, and no travel is required.
Required Skills:

Responsibilities:
- Perform system administration activities (e.g., Active Directory,
- Performs access control; manage files and disk space, etc.).
- VM host and guest security management
- Increasing disk size, changing CPU, changing memory
- Monitoring/taking snapshot and clean up
- VM host and guest user and group account management
- VM host and guest file management
- Provision/decommission systems in accordance with approved Client's procedures.
- Monitor and control storage performance for reliability and malfunction.
- Maintain and improve storage resource efficiency and space Requirements
- Perform data and file backups and restores per established procedures
Qualifications
- Possess a strong background in Windows administration with hands-on experience in managing and maintaining Windows environments.
- Have extensive experience in VMware administration, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Show proficiency in using project management tools and methodologies to enhance project delivery.
- Have a solid understanding of IT security principles and best practices to ensure a secure and compliant environment.
- Display a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues to minimize downtime and improve system performance.
- Be committed to continuous learning and professional development to stay current with industry trends and advancements.
