is seeking to hire a DC Quality Assurance Coordinator for our client in Mount Holly, NJ!

$23.00/Hour
7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Monday through Friday

Must-have experience:
-Project coordinating
-Communication skills
-Computer skills, especially with ERPs.

Summary:
Coordinate and oversee Prepack and Rollout projects within the Distribution Center (DC), ensuring timely and accurate execution through effective communication with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as liaison between VAS Coordinators, Warehouse, PIC, Sales, Purchasing, and Customer Care.
Review and verify Prepack and Rollout orders, stock transfers, and special-order receipts.
Ensure shipment requirements are met (e.g., labeling, pallet height, dock access).
Audit quality and accuracy of high-profile and international shipments.
Track project progress using calendars, whiteboards, and checklists.
Coordinate delivery instructions and monitor shipment status with carriers.
Create and verify shipments, group waves, and packing accuracy in SAP.
Prepare and match shipping documents (BOL, invoices, pallet IDs).
Obtain freight rates and complete shipment cost documentation.
Support VAS team with invoicing and resolve inquiries promptly.
Escalate issues and keep DC and VAS Managers informed.

Qualifications:

Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field + 2 years of relevant experience
OR
High School diploma/GED + 5 years of relevant experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to lift up to 45 lbs

Preferred:
Experience with SAP
Background in distribution center operations
