The Impact Youll Have:
  • Support operational success for deals in your region, working across departments to ensure quotes flow efficiently from the initial opportunity to the order entry stage
  • Provide sales representatives with price quotes for Curriculum Associates products and services
  • Interface with our customer service team by providing updated quotes for order entry
  • Process sample orders for educators and sales representatives
Who Were Looking For:
  • 02 years of work experience
  • An organized, detail-oriented individual with excellent time management skills
  • A clear and concise communicator both verbally and in writing especially via email
  • Ability to balance working both independently and cooperatively with a wide range of people
  • Someone with a growth mindset who is curious and loves to learn
  • A person who thrives in a dynamic industry, and adapts well to change
  • Tech savviness with basic Excel familiarity
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus, but not required
Benefits and Pay Range:
Pay Range This roles range is $25/hr-$30/hr. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that Curriculum Associates considers in making compensation decisions based on our Compensation Philosophy. Actual base pay within that range will vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, prior experience and relevant skill sets. At Curriculum Associates, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances for each case. The Company recognizes that minimum wage varies by location and will ensure all compensation decisions comply with applicable state and local laws.

Benefits:
Temporary and per diem employees who average, and maintain, at least 30 hours of work per week may become eligible for medical coverage, under the Affordable Care Act, after an initial waiting period. Temporary and per-diem employees working more than 20 hours per week are eligible for twelve paid holidays. All temporary and per-diem employees are eligible for accrued sick time.
The application deadline is April 15th, 2024, and may be subject to change based on applicant volume.
