Responsibilities for the Dean include providing leadership for the School, working with faculty and staff to achieve the School's and the University's goals, and ensuring the delivery of an exceptional education that prepares students for professional success. The successful candidate will be expected to have a terminal degree in one of the school disciplines, significant academic and administrative experience, and a proven track record in program administration, management, and external accreditation processes. The role also requires the ability to secure external grants, manage financial resources, and build strong relationships with stakeholders. The Dean will be an integral part of the University's Deans' Council, and as such, must be a confident leader with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a collaborative spirit. The School of Business and Professional Studies at the company is dedicated to providing high-impact learning experiences, and the Dean will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing this focus. The School offers a range of undergraduate and graduate programs, including those in accounting, business administration, communication disorders, economics, exercise science, nursing, and psychology.
