Your efforts will directly impact the accuracy and efficiency of our estate planning processes. Key responsibilities for this role encompass:

  • Uncovering property deeds and significant legal documents through careful research.
  • Collaborating with county offices, public record databases, and other valuable resources to gather essential information.
  • Ensuring the authenticity and precision of retrieved documents.
  • Analyzing and interpreting complex legal descriptions, encumbrances and other property-related details.
  • Creating comprehensive reports summarizing research results, exclusively created for enhancing our estate planning services.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in property deed research and retrieval, preferably within estate planning or real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of property law, legal terminology, and land records.
  • Proficiency in utilizing online databases, public records, and other research tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
