Lead supplier calls and action tracking to ensure commitments are met. Work within SAP to analyze demand, supply signals, and material status. Manufacturing & Operations Integration Create strong linkage between supply chain, manufacturing, and support functions. Translate manufacturing priorities into clear supplier execution plans. Identify gaps in material flow, escalation paths, and internal handoffs. Support shop floor readiness by ensuring material availability aligns with production schedules. Strategic Supply Chain Support Identify systemic delivery issues and recommend sustainable process improvements. Support supplier performance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives. Strengthen communication channels across regional sites. Contribute to supply chain maturity and operational stability initiatives. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Delivery Assurance, or Supplier Management. Proven tactical delivery recovery experience in a manufacturing environment. SAP experience (MRP, material status, order management, reporting). Ability to analyze data and drive action — not just report status. Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Ideal Profile Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-accountability aerospace or advanced manufacturing environments. Able to move seamlessly between tactical execution and strategic improvement. Assertive yet collaborative when working with suppliers and internal teams. Focused on driving results, closing gaps, and improving overall delivery performance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
