Badger Carbonic Distributing is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver and Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our family-oriented team. As a Delivery Driver and Equipment Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive their CO2 supplies on time while maintaining the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. Company: Badger Carbonic Distributing - The largest and most trusted CO2 distribution company in Wisconsin, providing top-quality CO2 products and services to bars and restaurants for over 45 years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver CO2 tanks to bars and restaurants throughout Southeastern Wisconsin, driving a 1-ton van.
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance on CO2 equipment as needed to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and equipment maintenance activities.
• Adhere to all relevant safety protocols and regulations while operating the delivery vehicle and servicing equipment.
• Collaborate with the Badger Carbonic Distributing team to ensure efficient delivery routes and exceptional customer support.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; CDL preferred but not required (training will be provided for the right candidate).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive client relationships.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and aptitude for equipment maintenance.
