Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage and grow strategic client accounts with a strong focus on account mining and revenue expansion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building client relationships, identifying new opportunities within existing accounts, and ensuring successful delivery alignment. This role requires close collaboration with delivery, sales, and technical teams to drive account growth and client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Manage and grow assigned client accounts.Develop and execute account plans aligned with business objectives.Identify account mining opportunities including cross-sell and upsell.Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders.Drive revenue growth within existing accounts.Work closely with delivery teams to ensure successful execution.Identify new projects and business opportunities within accounts.Conduct regular client meetings and business reviews.Manage client expectations and handle escalations.Maintain account pipeline and growth forecasts.Required Skills & Experience:12+ years of experience in IT services.Proven experience in Account Management or Client Management.Strong experience in account mining and account growth.Good understanding of technology and software delivery.Experience working with cross-functional teams.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience managing enterprise clients is preferred.Preferred Skills:Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, or DevOps environments.Experience working with global clients.Familiarity with CRM and project tracking tools.Understanding of cloud or enterprise technologies.Key Competency:Account MiningClient Relationship ManagementRevenue GrowthCross-selling and UpsellingStakeholder Management
