Job Title: DELMIA Architect
Location: 3255 Bell Helicopter Blvd, Fort Worth, Texas, 76118
Type: 12 months Contract
We are seeking a seasoned Delmia Architect to shape end-to-end technical solutions, considering our enterprise architecture strategies, current environment, and limitations. The chosen candidate will be expected to study the feasibility of solutions based on program requirements, schedule, budget, and quality parameters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Align architectural strategies and roadmap with stakeholders such as Programs, IT, and Vendors
- Optimize Bill of Process (BoP) to enhance manufacturing workflows and efficiency
- Generate 3D Interactive Work Instructions to improve shop floor operations and training
- Design and optimize processes for Composite Manufacturing and Additive Manufacturing
- Assist in the analysis, design, configuration, development, and integration of manufacturing solutions in the PLM system
- Provide technical leadership on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, specifically with DELMIA applications
- Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce errors within platform processes
- Advocate for the implementation of best practices and industry standards to boost manufacturing efficiency and quality
- Collaborate with business partners, analysts, and customers to formulate new solutions and provide support for existing ones
- Mentor team members and aid in the development of PLM talent pipeline
Requirements:
- 10+ years of overall work experience in IT or Manufacturing Engineering
- Past experience (7+ years) with PLM or Digital Manufacturing systems in a manufacturing setting
- Strong understanding of Dassault brands, mainly ENOVIA and DELMIA. Prior experience implementing Dassault 3DX solutions (version 2020x and above) is appreciated
- Profound knowledge of Manufacturing Item Definition (MID), Manufacturing Bill of Materials (MBOM), and Bill of Process (BoP)
- A clear understanding of common software development principles and life cycle is essential
- Knowledge in 3D Interactive Work Instruction creation, NC Programming, Composite Manufacturing, and Additive Manufacturing
- Medium knowledge of infrastructure and database systems
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with an ability to present complex ideas to various company levels
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
