Customer Service Manager – Delta Airlines, Austin, USA. Salary: $20‑30/hour. Education: Bachelor’s Degree. Overview & Key Duties Liaise with clients to optimize in‑carrier performance and manage execution of contractual duties. Coordinate and support customer service via MRO shipping organization and commercial enterprise stakeholders on key account settlement deliverables. Increase, manage, and provide consumer performance metrics; prepare and chair client business critiques via stability scorecards. Ensure internal business unit stakeholders recognize technical components of account agreements and key deliverables. Act as the primary point of contact for consumer handling all carrier shipping requirement factors. Provide purchaser entry on enterprise forecasts, understand and resolve operational patron dissatisfaction troubles. Drive success of consumer satisfaction goals and develop selling opportunities with commercial enterprise supervisors. Acquire receivables and prepare profitability analysis for client contracts within the area. Communicate customer settlement requirements—including logistics, scheduling, engineering, documentation, contacts, preserve days, substances, etc. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, or related field. Five or more years of technical experience in aerospace, airline, or MRO industry. Proven customer service record and ability to build interpersonal relationships. Budget planning and execution experience. Familiarity with lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Advanced PC skills (presentations and spreadsheets). Willingness to obtain COVID‑19 vaccine if required. Commitment to privacy, diversity, and security. Favored Qualifications A&P license or experience as Lead, Foreman, or Product Line supervisor.
