Job DescriptionAbout the jobAbout the RoleWe are seeking a new Demand Planner to own our end-to-end demand planning capability, from forecast creation through purchase order execution. This role will be central to how we plan, align, and execute across Sales, Operations, and Finance and will report into Operations leadership. This role will lead the demand planning process, serve as a core member of our Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning process, and play a key role in implementing Blue Ridge Demand Planning software as we transition from a largely manual planning environment to a best-in-class, system-enabled model. This role also requires hands-on experience, strong cross-functional leadership, and comfort operating in a fast-moving, evolving environment.ResponsibilitiesOwn the monthly and quarterly demand forecasting process across Retail, Direct to Consumer, and other channels.Lead the monthly consensus forecast process in partnership with Sales and Operations, challenging assumptions and driving alignment.Translate approved demand plans into supply and purchase order requirements in collaboration with Purchasing and Operations.Monitor inventory, inbound supply, and forecast accuracy, identifying risks and opportunities early.Serve as a core member of the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning process.Support and help lead the implementation of Blue Ridge Demand Planning software while managing the current manual planning process.Act as the primary business owner of the demand planning process once implemented, providing clear insights, reporting, and recommendations to senior leadership.Qualifications5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, or inventory planning within a consumer products environmentExperience supporting both Retail and Direct to Consumer channelsHands-on experience with demand planning software, with Blue Ridge experience strongly preferred or comparable platformsExperience supporting planning system implementations or major process transitionsStrong analytical skills, advanced Excel capabilities, and comfort working with ERP systemsAbility to communicate clearly, influence cross-functional partners, and operate with both strategic and execution focus
