Join us in shaping the future of defense with groundbreaking aerospace innovations.What You’ll DoDevelop and maintain accurate demand forecasts in ERP, based on Sales and R&D demand.Manage and maintain customer Sales Orders + intercompany Purchase Orders and Sales Orders and Projects Sales Orders, based on contracts, R&D requirements and availability.Collaborate and coordinate with respective stakeholders to align demand with business goals.Monitor (long term) availability and inventory levels to ensure optimal availability to meet customer demand (On Time Delivery).Balance Demand and Supply and identify and resolve any discrepancies.Prepare and present forecast and inventory metrics to management.Continuously improve forecasting techniques, methods, and approaches.Categorize components on lead time and determine safety stock levels.What You’ll NeedBachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Materials Management, or a related field.Professional certifications such as CPIM or CSCP from APICS are highly regarded.Proven experience with demand planning software and statistical analysis.Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Ability to manage complexities in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.English & Dutchwill be your working language.
