What You’ll Be DoingDevelop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and statistical modelsCollaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to align forecasts with business goalsMonitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availabilityIdentify and resolve supply and demand discrepanciesPrepare and present forecasting and inventory metrics to managementContinuously improve forecasting techniques and processesUtilize demand planning tools and software to enhance forecast accuracyConduct market analysis to understand demand drivers and forecast performanceCategorize components based on lead times and determine appropriate safety stock levels What You’ll NeedBachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, or a related fieldCertifications such as CPIM or CSCP (APICS) are highly valuedExperience with demand planning software and statistical analysisStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detailExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentEnglish and Dutch as working languages (additional languages are a plus) Who You AreYou’re someone who thinks ahead and turns data into confident decisions. Analytical and structured, you remain calm when complexity rises and thrive in environments where priorities shift quickly.
