Demand Planner Date: Mar 24, 2026 Location Breganze, IT Workplace Onsite, onsite mode from our Breganze site. Flexible working time and possibility of remote work. Your Impact Convert sales forecast (MF+ Fendt) into agreed wholesale and production requests. Collect and incorporate forecast data and inputs from the business. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales to integrate product life cycle into demand forecasts. Gather past/future demand factors (distribution gains/losses, price changes, new/discontinued products, promotion plans) from sales and marketing and forecast their impacts on demand. Interact with sales, marketing, and operations to interpret market trends and demand drivers, adjusting the forecast accordingly. Monitor and manage performance across the demand planning process. Identify and assess demand exceptions, resolving them via S&OP/S&OE processes as needed. Provide insights to stakeholders, including Sales & Marketing, and prepare an on-demand plan. Load various data sets into the system. Qualifications Established skills in exception management, resolution, and demand sensing. Developing skills in long‑term demand/supply planning, data analysis, and management reporting. Strong customer focus, interpersonal skills, teamwork & collaboration, planning & alignment. Business acumen and financial acumen. Basic logistics knowledge. Experience with SAP BI reporting and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
