The RoleAs Demand Planner, you’ll sit at the heart of our supply chain owning demand forecasting across EMEA and working cross-functionally with commercial, supply planning, customer service, and NPD teams.You’ll ensure that our demand signals are accurate, actionable, and fully aligned with business needs keeping Monster stocked, moving, and winning in the market. What You’ll Be DoingAnalyse and manage demand forecasts from distributors and bottlers across EMEAMaintain and optimise forecast data within SAP IBPIdentify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve forecast accuracy and inventory healthMonitor slow-moving and obsolete stock, driving actions with key stakeholdersProactively flag demand shifts and mitigate risks such as stock-outsPartner closely with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Supply Planning, and NPDSupport new product launches with accurate demand planning inputsLead demand review meetings and contribute to the wider S&OP processTrack and publish forecast performance metrics️ What We’re Looking For2+ years’ experience in Demand Planning within FMCGExperience with SAP IBP (preferred)Strong Excel and analytical capabilitySolid understanding of S&OP processesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentConfident communicator with strong stakeholder management skillsA proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership Mindset MattersAt Monster, attitude is everything.
