One of the unique features of this job is our flexible schedule. You'll enjoy three-day weekends, allowing you to have a better work-life balance. Our office hours are as follows: Monday from 9:45am to 7pm, Tuesday from 8:45am to 5:30pm, Wednesday from 8:45am to 2pm, and Thursday from 11:45am to 8pm.
To excel in this role, we require 3-5 years of dental assisting experience, x-ray certification, good organization skills, and timeliness. If you meet these requirements, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities
- Welcome customers in the dental office
- Select and set up instruments, equipment and material needed
- Sterilize instruments according to regulations
- Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry
- Undertake lab tasks as instructed
- Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions
- Keep the dental room clean and well-stocked
- Take digital x-rays as needed.
- Experience with Eaglesoft dental software
Requirements
- Proven experience as dental assistant
- Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
- Understanding of health & safety regulations
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Attention to detail
- Well-organized and reliable
- High school diploma; graduating from dental assistant school is preferred
- Additional certification or training is an asset (e.g. EFDA)
- Experience in a dental clinic or office is required.
