Our Dental office is looking for a full-time Dental Patient Coordinator to join their team. As a Dental Patient Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the dental office by managing patient schedules, handling administrative tasks, and providing exceptional customer service to patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage patient schedules and ensure the dental office stays on schedule
  • Greet and check-in patients, collect necessary information, and update patient records
  • Answer phone calls, address patient inquiries, and schedule appointments
  • Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims
  • Collect payments and provide financial and insurance information to patients
  • Maintain office supplies and order new supplies when needed
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping

Requirements:

  • Prior experience working in a dental office or healthcare setting is preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
