Dental Practice Manager Multi Site Apply
Cascadia Kids Orthodontics is seeking a highly motivated and experienced multi-site Practice Manager to join our team. As a Multi-site Practice Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations and management of two orthodontic dental practices. This includes ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, driving practice growth, and maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Oversees and manages practice business operations including key performance measures and practice revenue and expenses with a week-to-week outlook.
- Will be held accountable for any fraudulent activity within the claim's submission process and expected to know and follow all state and federal claims processing guidelines.
- Takes personal ownership of the practice by being a positive role model as a leader.
- Creates a respectful workplace and is accessible, open to new ideas, and fosters a cooperative and collaborative environment.
- Takes initiative and ensures self and team are accountable to the highest standards of performance and behavior.
- Demonstrates and encourages a patient focus in all practice operations.

Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in dental practice management.
- 1-2 year of supervisory/management experience or equivalent to include P&L management and oversight. Experience in management, ideally in the healthcare and/or dental segments, or retail management training and experience preferred.
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple dental practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred, or commensurate work experience from on-the-job management/ leadership training.
- Strong knowledge of dental office operations and procedures.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Leadership skills, including the ability to build, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
- Previous customer service experience in retail, service, or healthcare setting is preferred.
- Computer Literacy, i.e., proficient with basic applications including MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and Dental System software (Cloud 9 preferred).
- Ability to work with the team and others to continually process improver operations that benefit patient experience and operational excellence.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
- Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
- Ability to meet OSHA, CDC, ADA, and HIPAA standards.
