Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Dental Treatment Coordinator for our Naples location. In this role, you will schedule new patient consultations, do sales by phone and in person. Must be familiar with Oral Surgery, all on 4 etc.

Key Responsibilities

- Call patient referals and leads to schedule consultations for potential new patients; close them on coming in.

- Follow prospective patients who have already had consultations.

- Work with the doctor to close patients on their course of treatment.

- Help patients navigate insurance coverage and financing to get the treatment that they need.

Work Hours:
Mon - Fri 8:00 - 5:00, NO weekends

Salary:
$26 - $32 per hour based on experience.

Requirements

- 1-3 years of experience in a dental treatment or scheduler role

- knowledge of Oral Surgery procedures, particularly all on 4s

- Strong sales skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
