We know that the Treatment Coordinator is a VITAL part of the success of our practice! As such we take great time and care to train our Treatment Coordinator in every possible aspect of care. With that, you can make up to $80,000 - $100,000 annually. Though we are in Rockaway Beach this is a great location for a western Long Islander, as we are a straight shot from there and have ample parking.

As a key member of our practice, you'll play a vital role in guiding patients through their treatment journey, ensuring exceptional care and satisfaction every step of the way.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with patients to discuss personalized treatment options, addressing their questions and concerns with empathy and clarity.
• Present treatment plans in a clear, compelling manner, highlighting the benefits and importance of recommended procedures.
• Collaborate closely with our dental team to craft customized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.
• Coordinate appointments efficiently and follow up diligently to ensure seamless treatment delivery.
• Provide clear financial arrangements and payment options, with opportunities for bonuses based on your sales achievements.
• Maintain meticulous records and assist with administrative duties as needed, ensuring smooth practice operations.

Must Have:

• Previous experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator.
• Exceptional communication skills, both in English and Spanish.
• Proven track record as a Treatment Coordinator in a dental setting.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with patients, fostering a positive dental patient experience.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced dental environment.

Requirements

- Previous experience working in a dental or medical office setting is required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality requirements
- Must be Spanish bilingual
