Compensation: $1300/day

Available Dates: Dec 30-31
Hours: 8a-5p

• Travel & Lodging Expenses: Covered if necessary

About the Role:

We are seeking a licensed dentist to join our clinic in Onalaska, WI for a temporary position. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling various dental procedures.

Responsibilities (can include but may not be limited to):

• Perform basic surgical procedures
• Conduct new patient exams and hygiene checks
• Administer fillings, root canals, extractions, and dentures

Requirements:

• Updated Curriculum Vitae
• Professional License
• Active DEA license is required
• NPI and DEA number (DEA schedule and expiration date)
