About the Role

The Client is seeking a Deployment Manager to lead the rollout of technology solutions that support our mission of protecting the environment and stewarding our state's natural resources. You'll coordinate teams, manage client-facing deployments, and ensure client's Salesforce platforms and related systems are delivered smoothly and effectively.

What You'll Do

• Lead deployment planning and execution for client's Salesforce platforms.
• Manage deployment plans, resources, risk assessments, and testing.
• Coordinate with programs, business units, UAT, and external vendors.
• Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders during deployments.
• Track bugs, enhancements, and system changes through to production release.
• Report progress, metrics, and lessons learned to RIDEM leadership.
• Oversee contract requirements, licenses, and budget impacts.

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 5+ years in deployment or project management in a technology environment.
• Proven success managing complex deployments in client-facing or government/public sector settings.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

Preferred:

• Salesforce experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Teams, and project management tools.
• ITIL knowledge and/or PMP certification.
• Public sector or environmental organization experience
