The company combines platform engineering, payload integration, and AI-enabled digital analytics to support situational awareness, asset integrity assessment, and data-driven decision-making for defence forces and strategic asset operators.Planys, globally recognized for strategic infrastructure solutions, is now focused on creating a strong and enduring presence in the defense sector, delivering indigenous unmanned and digital systems for the Army, Navy, and Coast Guard.(Website: )Roles & Responsibilities:Develop business development plans in consultation with head of business development that translate strategy into actionable plansDeliver a persuasive sales pitch client and business partners as needed to both private and government customersExecute the business development plans by regular proactive interaction with the clients, client –support to create loyalty, gain repeat business and attract new business.Provide accurate client requirement to the technical team for smooth execution of the projects with efficiency and accuracyActively monitor and engage with the technical team to execute / deliver the project in line with the client requirementParticipate in the analysis and development of long-term growth strategy which reflects market inputs, Planys’ capabilities, and market requirementRepresent Planys in national / international conferences, exhibitions, seminars etc. as neededWillingness and flexibility to travel alone or with the team (Domestic and International)Qualification/ Specialization Required:A management degree in Marketing, or an engineering degree with prior experience in sales and marketing is preferred.Experience (3-5 years) in B2B sales (government / private) Handled plants/refineries/dams/bridge clients.Great Interpersonal skills Superior Communication capabilities Spoken and Written English / Hindi/ Bengali
