WE ARE ON THE HUNT FOR A DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER FOR OUR DENVER BAR! We are on a mission to create Denvers premier craft beer hospitality experience. BrewDog Denver will deliver amazing craft beer, incredible food, and outstanding customer service to form epic, authentic mile-hi craft beer memories. We need your help to elevate this craft beer hospitality experience.

BrewDog Denver is a 10,000 sq ft new bar and restaurant with two patios, comfortably sitting 350 people with the potential of 400 people at capacity.

We are located in the RiNo district, an affluent and dynamic area of town with great transport links to the airport and surrounding areas. We have dedicated ourselves to creating a dog-friendly bar with a real industrial feel and creative dcor. Not to mention offering a wide range of outstanding craft beer and a delicious menu for any foodie.

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role youll support the General Manager in the running of this site. Youll be the benchmark for customer service, leading by example & training others to give the best customer experience of all time. Part of your role will be ensuring all your team are happy, developing themselves, reaching goals & having fun.

Youll be part of an experienced management team alongside a crew of passionate & confident individuals, made up of team in the kitchen, on the floor & behind the bar. Some with vast amounts of beer knowledge, some with years of customer service experience, some fresh into the industry. Your job is to be the glue that holds the team together & pushes them to be better every single day.

You will be led by an experienced & passionate General Manager & youll stand side by side a crew of roughly 20 passionate & confident craft beer loving individuals. ABOUT YOU

Youll ideally have at least a couple of years experience in a management role in a busy bar & kitchen to help steer and develop the team here.

Knowledge of craft beer for this role would be desirable, but a willingness to learn if you dont is essential. Weve got all the tools (and the beer), you just need to be excited to learn.

You must be absolutely focused on customer service, making sure every single experience a customer has at BrewDog Denver is stand-out. Youll be a natural trainer & love seeing the people around you learn & develop.

Financial acumen alongside an understanding of the local craft beer scene would also be beneficial.
