Please find the JD.Role - Deputy General Manager- SalesLocation - KochiResponsibilties:-1. Manage and develop a team of Area managers/Sales managers/front line sales team 2. Identify new revenue generation opportunities for distribution expansion and ensuring repeat business opportunities 3. Track business performance metrics for the territory assigned and conduct regular performance reviews against the assigned target 4. Align team members to people and business objectives of the Company and ensure that the team adheres to the highest standards of business quality and conducts business within the overall compliance framework 5. Drive central sales initiatives for the territory through communication forums and meetings 6. Coordinate with central teams to design and implement required interventions for specific partners 7. Monitor market Intelligence within the industry in terms of market development, new projects, competitive activity, new customers etc. 8. Create market / leads for the business 9. Roll out Innovative marketing strategies in grabbing market share 10. Set up B2B distribution channel and grow 11. Mentoring and up skilling the team to achieve their individual sales targets 12. Ensure zero monetary losses by cancellation of liabilities and timely collections 13. Ensure minimal risk related exposure for the organization by doing all necessary due diligence. 14. Ensure compliance to systems and process as per audit requirement. 15. Ensuring Business Losses are reduced. 16. Attending to customer escalations and resolving them in a timely manner. 17. Driving Incentive Programs and using them to motivate sellers and improve productivity 18. Collaborating with the service team to ensure the post sales process are handled smoothly for the customer. 19. Drive lead generation and maximizing conversions
