Deputy Project Manager - Contract Apply
1. Day‑to‑Day Project ExecutionManages all daily coordination across engineering teams, site teams, subcontractors, and inspectors.Tracks daily progress, site blockers, material readiness, FAT/SAT schedules, NCRs, punch‑lists.2. Weekly/Monthly Project Controls Builds/updates week‑ahead and month‑ahead schedules for all 5 sites.Ensures EPC and subcontractors provide required look‑ahead inputs.Prepares bilingual (DE/EN) weekly & monthly reporting packages. Runs weekly coordination meetings, takes minutes, and tracks actions.3. Design Review Coordination Drives 5–7 business day review cycles for: Civil foundations/earthworksElectrical (HV/MV/LV)SCADA/TelecomBESS/PCS/EMS/PPC documentationMaintains design-change register and ensures timely consolidation of reviewers’ comments.4. Document Management System Owns daily operation of the DMS, including: Folder structure, metadataDocument workflowsTransmittals, checklists, registriesTracking overdue reviews5. Coordination for FAT, SAT & Commissioning Activities Aligns factory and site test schedules with inspectors, specialists, and PM.Prepares readiness checklists for commissioning and energization.Tracks test documentation and ensures timely submission to PM/client.6. Risk, Issue & Opportunity TrackingMaintains risk registers, issue logs, NCR registers.Prepares mitigation options for PM review.B. Required Experience & Skills5–8 years in project engineering/coordination roles.Strong scheduling, reporting, and multi-tasking ability.Familiarity with DMS workflows and EPC documentation processes.Basic technical understanding (civil/electrical/BESS/SCADA).Bilingual working capability (English + German).
