Senior Design Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior Design Engineer to lead the design of industrial ergonomic systems and automated material handling equipment. In this role, you’ll own projects from concept through installation, apply advanced engineering analysis, and collaborate closely with customers and cross‑functional teams.

What You’ll Do

• Lead 3D design and detailing of industrial tooling and automated systems
• Perform advanced design analysis and FEA to validate performance and structural integrity
• Translate customer requirements into engineered solutions and design concepts
• Manage technical execution of projects from concept through completion
• Drive manufacturability, ergonomics, and design efficiency discussions
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and project teams
• Communicate technical solutions clearly to customers and internal stakeholders

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in tooling, automation, or system design (FEA required)
• Strong proficiency with 3D CAD modeling tools
• Solid understanding of mechanical principles, drawings, and engineering specifications
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred
