Position Overview We are seeking a Design Engineer with a strong mechanical engineering background to join our product development team. This role focuses on the design, modeling, and development of HVAC systems and components. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and enjoys working through the entire design cycle—from concept development and CAD modeling through prototyping, testing, and final production release. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams including manufacturing, supply chain, and sales to deliver high‑performance HVAC solutions that meet customer and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Design and develop new HVAC products and components, with emphasis on innovation, energy efficiency, and manufacturability. Create detailed 3D CAD models and engineering drawings (SolidWorks or similar) for new designs and product improvements. Support prototype development, assembly, and validation testing. Work with various regulatory and industry organizations for testing and certifications. Work with offshore and internal engineering teams to coordinate design and development efforts. Work with sales, marketing, manufacturing, finance, supply‑chain and other departments. Participate in design reviews and provide engineering input to improve product performance, reliability, and cost‑effectiveness. What We Offer Competitive salary, bonus, and benefits package. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to balance theoretical and practical considerations. Demonstrates enthusiasm and initiative to take on expanding growth opportunities, thrives on challenges, and performs well under pressure. Preferred Skills Ability to work with minimal supervision. Familiarity with electronic controls or system integration. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Team player. Structured and organized mindset.
