In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in conceptualizing, designing, and developing Cutting Edge solutions to meet our customers at their point of need. Your work will directly impact industries ranging from automotive to agriculture, shaping the way people live, work, and thrive in a rapidly evolving world.


What You'll Do:

  • Innovate:Spearhead the design and development of next-generation products.
  • Collaborate:Work closely with cross-functional teams of engineers, machinists, and customers to bring visionary concepts to life. Connecting with our customers and vendors to understand design requirements and end user function.
  • Problem-Solve:Tackle complex engineering challenges with creativity and precision, from initial concept through prototyping, testing, documenting, and production.
  • Optimize:Continuously improve designs for manufacturability, performance, and sustainability, ensuring our products exceed expectations. Investigating, identifying, and collaborating to implement cost savings using process and design.
  • Steward: Guide engineering changes through resolving print questions and product requirements with customers or vendors. Provide internal customers; machinists, quality technicians, engineers, and operators, with updated documents and information necessary to meet our customers needs.

Who You Are:

  • Creative Thinker:You thrive on innovation, turning bold ideas into practical designs.
  • Technical Expert: Proficient in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and experienced in designing for diverse manufacturing processes. An understanding of GD & T and able to apply it where appropriate. Previous manufacturing, machining, and production experience is strongly encouraged. You bring proven expertise in hydraulics, including working knowledge of system design ensuring reliable performance and system efficiency.
  • Team Player: Collaborative, you excel in multidisciplinary teams, contributing your expertise while learning from others.
  • Problem Solver: Adept at analyzing complex problems and implementing innovative solutions that drive real-world impact.
  • Continuous Learner: Seeks out opportunities to continuegrowing in your knowledge base, through others or your own experience. A self-feeder, you desire to learn
