Minimum Qualifications BSME or equivalent experience (ASMET certification preferred). 3–5 years of experience in the design and manufacturing of electro‑mechanical assemblies. Desired Qualifications MSME degree. 5–10 years of experience in electro‑mechanical design and manufacturing. Experience with product development tasks, including bills of materials, vendor and customer interfacing, prototyping, and change management. Technical Skills Proficient in SolidWorks for solid modeling. Experience in sheet metal design . Working knowledge of Finite Element Analysis (FEA) . Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) . Professional Skills Strong time management and organizational skills . Creative problem‑solving for complex design challenges. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to react effectively to a wide range of situations, determine appropriate actions, and resolve problems timely. High degree of maturity, confidentiality, flexibility, and perspective. Positive attitude and professionalism.
