This position will lead creative mechanical engineering, supervise the design and testing of cutting-edge prototypes, and ensure effective team collaboration with strong communication skills to deliver innovative solutions to the customer.

• Complete highly technical, difficult, and complex design assignments generally utilizing 3D CAD methods.
• Perform specialized design computations and analysis.
• Perform reviews and provides coordination of data to ensure a compatible design

Required skills:

• Top Secret Clearance and US Citizenship
• 8+ Years of related experience
• Modeling and simulation; fracture mechanics, deployment accuracy and acoustics modeling.
• Experience with CAD such as Fusion 360 or AutoDesk Inventor.
• Experience with ?Finite Element Analysis
• Ability to travel 25% of the year
