Job Title: Service Design Researcher


Location: Santa Clara, CA (Remote)


Pay Range: $55 - $60/hr.


Responsibility:




  • Partner with teammates to develop scalable service design methods and then advocate for their use across the GP function.


  • When applicable, train and support partners so they can self-help using some of the more approachable methods.

  • For higher touch engagements, create and execute a service design plan to address business and employee needs.

  • Conduct data analysis and synthesize findings to generate themes and insights that inform people, process, and/or digital solutions.


Required Skills:




  • Degree in Experience Design, Visual Design, Cognitive Science, Anthropology, Information Science, or related fields.


  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.

  • Willingness to occasionally work a flexible schedule to connect with employees across the globe.
