Job Summary (Senior Designer High-End Residential Architecture)

- Lead design development for custom, high-end residential projects from early concept through construction administration.
- Prepare and present detailed design studies, architectural drawings, and comprehensive construction document sets.
- Develop and execute refined architectural detailing with a strong focus on materials, finishes, and craftsmanship.
- Coordinate and collaborate with consultants (structural, MEP, lighting, AV, landscape, interiors, specialty).
- Work directly with principals and clients to define and refine project goals and design direction.
- Manage project schedules, multiple deadlines, and maintain high standards of design quality and accuracy.
- Conduct site visits and provide construction administration, including reviewing submittals, shop drawings, and contractor communications.
- Participate in the selection of materials, fixtures, finishes, and products.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, organized studio environment.
- Proficiency required in AutoCAD and strong 3D modeling skills; Revit a plus.
- 7 10+ years of relevant experience in high-end residential architecture, with a strong technical and creative background.
