Deskside Support Technician

Job Description:

• Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for end-user desktop and software issues.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to operating systems and applications including but not limited to Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Intune.
• Communicate and collaborate comfortably with Customer executives and end users.
• Collaborate with Customer IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues in a timely manner.
• Document all support activities, including resolutions, in Customer's ticketing system.
• Ensure compliance with Customer IT policies and procedures.
• Manage incoming inventory, including new and used AMC hardware, returned legacy rich clients, and other items as requested by Customer.
• Reimage laptops to new version of image.
