6-Month Contract

Pay Rate: $25/hr on W2

We are looking for a reliable Desktop Administrator to support end-user devices in a fast-paced enterprise environment. This role requires strong hands-on troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to manage hardware assets throughout their lifecycle.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.

  • Perform Windows imaging and troubleshooting (Windows XP/7/10/11).

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

  • Handle PC asset tasks including add, move, change, update, and reassignment of company-owned devices.

  • Support device refresh cycles and inventory updates.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and smooth operations.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience with Windows OS imaging, rebuilding, and troubleshooting.

  • Solid understanding of end-user hardware support (desktops, laptops, monitors, peripherals).

  • Ability to perform asset lifecycle tasks (IMAC/AMC).

  • Basic networking and system connectivity troubleshooting skills.

  • Strong communication and customer-service mindset.

  • Ability to work 100% onsite in Chicago, IL.
