At PG Golf LLC, we know our greatest asset is our people. We are seeking a part-time Desktop support analyst. This is an on-site position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provide timely desktop support to ensure end-user satisfaction.

2. Follow up on assigned support tickets and record events, problems, and solutions in the help desk ticketing system (ServiceNow).

3. Provide support for office hardware, software, and online services.

4. Follow procedures for the proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams

5. Troubleshoot on advanced technology like server, network, and cloud services

6. Collaborate with IT vendors and professionals, including developers, security/network/infrastructure engineers, to complete different tasks and projects

7. Organize documentation on related work and update the IT FAQ for other departments

8. Maintain IT inventory and supplies.

9. Provide support on other technologies as business needs.

10. Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree or related desktop support experience is preferred.

Familiar with a broad range of computer and telecommunications operating problems and solutions.

Knowledge and skills working with computers (hardware and software)

Knowledge of basic printers, phone systems, copiers, networking devices, and mobile devices.

Proficiency in general software such as Microsoft Office, Internet Edge, Google Chrome, VPN, and anti-virus

Organized, team player, proactive, high-energy, and reliable
