New York, NY 285 Madison Avenue (5 days onsite No WFH)

Pay Rate : $30 - $35/hr

We have an immediate opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst to provide onsite desk-side support for end users at our New York location at 285 Madison Avenue. This is a fully onsite role, five days a week, supporting business users with daily technical issues, hardware/software troubleshooting, and IT service requests.

The selected candidate will support both Windows and Mac environments and should have hands-on experience with system imaging, device provisioning, hardware troubleshooting, and peripheral installations. Responsibilities include Level 1 video conferencing support, assisting with meeting room setups, and supporting Microsoft O365 applications such as Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and OneDrive. To be successful in this position, one needs to be customer-service oriented, technically sound in desktop technologies, and capable of handling multiple support tickets in a structured and timely manner.
