Desktop Support Analyst Apply
Piper Companies is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to support a leading healthcare system in Plainsboro, NJ. The Desktop Support Analyst will provide onsite support for end-user devices and applications across a large healthcare campus. Responsibilities of the Desktop Support Analyst Provide onsite desktop and field support for Windows 10/11 devices and enterprise applications Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripherals (laptops, desktops, printers, scanners) Perform basic Active Directory administration and ticket management Support system deployments, upgrades, and enterprise initiatives (VDI, managed print) Deliver strong customer service while ensuring data security and compliance Qualifications of the Desktop Support Analyst 2+ years of desktop or end user support experience Experience supporting Windows environments and hardware troubleshooting Familiarity with Active Directory and ticketing systems Healthcare experience preferred but not required Ability to work onsite Monday–Friday in Plainsboro, NJ Compensation for the Desktop Support Analyst Pay Rate: $25–30/hr.
