Title/Role: Desktop Support

Location: Harrisburg, PA

Interview type: Phone or In-person

Job Description:

  • Provide hands-on desktop and end-user support for Windows PCs, laptops, Macs, and peripherals in a large enterprise environment.
  • Deploy, image, and maintain devices using SCCM, MDT, and OSD task sequences while ensuring system compliance and health.
  • Troubleshoot SCCM client issues, OS/application problems, and hardware failures; perform repairs and replacements as needed.
  • Support Active Directory, GPOs, DNS, and Microsoft Office 365; integrate macOS systems into AD environments.
  • Monitor incident queues, own and document tickets, escalate issues, and collaborate with SCCM, Security, and IT Service Desk teams.
