New York, NY 285 Madison Avenue (5 days onsite )

Pay Rate: $40 - $45/hr

We have an immediate opportunity for a Desktop Support SME to provide high-touch, white glove support to senior executives including CIO, CEO, and other CX-level leadership at our New York office located at 285 Madison Avenue. This is a fully onsite role, five days a week, requiring a polished professional who can confidently support executive users while maintaining discretion, urgency, and superior customer service standards. When not engaged in CX-level support, this individual will also provide desk-side support to general users at the site.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience supporting both Windows and Mac environments, including OS installation, troubleshooting, system configuration, and performance optimization. Experience with desktop/laptop imaging, hardware and peripheral setup, and Level 1 video conferencing support (Teams, Zoom, conference room AV setups) is required. Solid knowledge of Microsoft O365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint is essential. To be successful in this position, one needs to be technically strong, highly responsive, customer-focused, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced executive environment.
