Location: Hamptons, NY (100% Onsite, Multiple Branch Locations) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM Duration: 3‑Month Contract $32 per hour for contract→ Full‑Time Hire Conversion Salary: $65,000 About the Role We’re seeking a polished, professional, and highly skilled Desktop Support Technician to provide VIP, white‑glove technical support across several real estate branch offices in the Hamptons. This role is fully onsite and requires a strong customer‑service mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to support executive‑level users. Key Responsibilities Deliver VIP white‑glove support to executives and staff Provide onsite technical support across multiple branch locations Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows and macOS environments Support mobile devices, basic hardware, networking, and telecom Perform computer re‑imaging, data migrations, and restorations Conduct remote troubleshooting when needed Utilize Microsoft 365; ServiceNow and Ivanti experience is a plus Perform root cause analysis and follow established processes Lift up to 50 lbs. as needed for equipment setup What We’re Looking For Professional presence with a personable, service‑oriented approach Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and within a team Comfortable supporting executives in a fast‑moving environment Excellent time management and ability to juggle competing priorities High emotional intelligence and adaptability 5–10 years of relevant IT support experience Growth mindset and willingness to take initiative #J-18808-Ljbffr
