Job description · Provide on-floor technical support for end users during and after the O365 data and Device migration.· Assist with device autopilot provisioning, App Installation and configuration (laptops, desktops, printers, scanners).· Troubleshooting, and support for all end-user computing devices, applications and handheld devices etc.· Support Office 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and resolve related issues.· Assist with device setup and configuration (laptops, desktops, printers, drive mapping and Outlook/OneDrive profiles)· Troubleshoot network connectivity, LAN, DHCP/DNS, VPN, and Wi-Fi issues.· Handle hardware and peripheral issues (printers, docking stations, monitors).· Perform basic software installations and updates.· Guide users on best practices for security and compliance.· Escalate unresolved issues to project & Level 2/3 support teams.· Document incidents and resolutions in the ITSM tool (e.g., ServiceNow).· Provide user training and guidance for new tools and processes.· Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Mac OS troubleshooting.· Expertise in Office 365 client end Services & support.· Must have familiarity with Active Directory (password resets, account unlocks, MFA, Entra ID and SSO).· Must have basic Azure File Sync & DFS file share mapping and permissions knowledge· Troubleshooting and support for all end-user computing devices, applications and handheld devices etc.· Basic understanding of network troubleshooting (IP, DNS, Wi-Fi).· Printer configuration and troubleshooting experience.· Knowledge of endpoint security tools (antivirus, encryption).· Ability to work with ITSM tools for ticket management.· Create KB/SOP document· 4+ years of experience in EUC or desktop support roles. Additional Soft Skills· Must have Dutch and English-speaking language, French is a nice to have.· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.· Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.· Customer-focused with a proactive approach.
