About the CompanyWe are seeking an experienced EUC L1 Support Engineer to provide onsite End-User Computing (EUC) support services for a critical backfill role in Düsseldorf, Germany. The selected engineer will deliver first-level technical support to end users, ensuring smooth IT operations and high-quality service delivery. This is a dispatch-based engagement requiring professional onsite presence and structured support delivery.About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced EUC L1 Support Engineer to provide onsite End-User Computing (EUC) support services for a critical backfill role in Düsseldorf, Germany. The selected engineer will deliver first-level technical support to end users, ensuring smooth IT operations and high-quality service delivery.ResponsibilitiesProvide onsite Level 1 End-User Computing (EUC) support.Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues.Support desktops, laptops, docking stations, printers, and mobile devices.Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and standard business applications.Handle password resets, account support, and access-related issues.Log and manage incidents and service requests in the ITSM tool.Coordinate with Level 2/Level 3 teams for escalations when required.Support device setup, onboarding, and offboarding activities.Ensure compliance with client IT policies and security standards.Maintain professional communication with end users and stakeholders. QualificationsProven experience in EUC / Desktop Support / IT Support (L1 level). Required SkillsStrong knowledge of:Windows OS environmentsMicrosoft Office / Microsoft 365Basic networking concepts (LAN, Wi-Fi, connectivity troubleshooting)Hardware diagnostics and troubleshootingExperience with ticketing systems and IT service management tools.Strong customer service and communication skills.Ability to work independently in an onsite client environment. Preferred SkillsLanguage RequirementsEnglish: Minimum B2 level (professional working proficiency)German: Minimum B2 level (professional working proficiency) Pay range and compensation packageCandidate must have full legal working rights in Germany.
