Desktop Support Specialist Apply
6 to 12 month contract supporting a complex end user estate across manufacturing environments. This is hands-on, site-based support where you’ll own troubleshooting, device lifecycle and EUS engineering improvements.Key Responsibilities• Install and support hardware, peripherals and LAN infrastructure• Diagnose and resolve complex issues across Windows, Ubuntu, Mac and mobile• Support networking issues from an endpoint perspective• Deliver EUS automation and systems management improvements• Manage patching, upgrades and security compliance• Work with engineering teams to define system and application requirements• Coordinate with vendors for device swaps and fixesKey Skills• Strong MECM including packaging and OSD• Solid Windows 7, 10, 11 expertise• Broad EUS landscape experience• Clear communication and client-facing capabilityExperience5+ years preferred, flexibility for strong profiles
