Description: Onsite in Bridgehampton, NY The organization seeks a Desktop Support Technician to provide onsite white-glove support across multiple branch offices. The role will troubleshoot Windows and Mac environments, mobile devices, and basic network and telecom issues while engaging with executives and staff. The technician will manage reimages, data migrations, and remote problem solving, ensuring exemplary customer service and timely resolution. This position requires local travel between locations and consistent onsite presence Monday through Friday. This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance. Rate: $28.00 to $32.00/hr. w2 Responsibilities: Deliver VIP white-glove desktop support to executives and staff. Provide onsite support across several real estate branch offices during business hours with local travel. Troubleshoot and support Windows and Mac systems, peripherals, and mobile devices. Perform basic hardware, network, and telecom troubleshooting. Reimage computers and perform data migrations and restorations. Conduct remote problem solving as needed. Apply Microsoft 365 knowledge to resolve user issues. Manage multiple competing priorities and adjust to changing needs. Work independently and collaborate within a team setting. Document issues and resolutions and perform root cause analysis. Experience Requirements: 5 to 10 years of desktop support experience. Strong customer service skills with professional and personable presence. Experience supporting executives and delivering VIP-level service. Proficient troubleshooting for Windows and Mac environments. Mobile device computing support experience. Basic hardware, network, and telecom troubleshooting capability. Microsoft 365 support experience. Ability to perform root cause analysis and follow processes and procedures in a large organization. Effective time and task management with ability to prioritize. High level of emotional intelligence. ServiceNow experience (preferred). Ivanti experience (preferred). Able to lift up to 50 lbs. unaided. #J-18808-Ljbffr
