Desktop Support Technician Apply
Job Description:
We are looking for someone who has excellent customer service experience has 3 to 5 years of experience in providing face-to-face desktop support for users who are not technically inclined and be able to explain to users technical issue in plain language.
Support is for software, laptop and desktop hardware, smartphones, handheld scanners and some printer support.
Work hours are 7:30AM to 4:30PM local time.
