Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable Desktop Support Technician to provide onsite technical support for end users. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring timely resolution of incidents, and delivering excellent customer service in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support for end users

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows OS, laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals

Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and applications

Support Active Directory tasks such as password resets, account unlocks, and basic user administration

Assist with network connectivity issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN)

Respond to incidents and service requests using a ticketing system

Perform system upgrades, patching, and routine maintenance

Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams when required

Maintain documentation and follow IT policies and procedures
Required Skills & Experience

1 3 years of experience in Desktop / IT Support

Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, MS Office, and basic networking concepts

Experience supporting printers, scanners, and mobile devices

Familiarity with Active Directory and ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira, etc.)

Good communication and customer service skills.
